Official warning does not affect other powers

10. Official warning does not affect other powers

An official warning does not affect the power of an issuing officer or
enforcement agency-

   (a)  to commence proceedings against a person to whom an official warning
        was given; or

   (b)  to serve an infringement notice; or

   (c)  to take no further action; or

   (d)  to take any other specified action permitted under this Act or the Act
        or other instrument which establishes the infringement offence.
