Mortgage of stock only registrable under this Part

73. Mortgage of stock only registrable under this Part

Except as provided by the next succeeding section registration under this Part
shall be deemed not to apply to or to give any validity at law or in equity to
any mortgage of chattels other than stock or to any mortgage so far as it
relates to any such chattels.
