Revocation in writing

125I. Revocation in writing

The donor of an enduring power of attorney may revoke the enduring power of
attorney in writing in the approved form. Notes 1. An approved form is a form
approved by the Secretary to the Department of Justice under section 125ZL. 2.
This is not the only way a power of attorney can be revoked in writing. See
section 125H.
