125G. Role of attorney where administrator appointed

If the Tribunal makes an administration order under the
Guardianship and Administration Act 1986 in respect of the person who is the
donor of an enduring power of attorney, the attorney may exercise power under
the enduring power of attorney only to the extent authorised by the Tribunal.
