125F. Role of attorney where guardian appointed



(1) An enduring power of attorney does not authorise the attorney to make a
decision about the medical treatment of the donor of the power.

(2) If a decision made by a guardian or enduring guardian within the meaning
of the Guardianship and Administration Act 1986 in the exercise of a power as
guardian or enduring guardian conflicts with a decision made by an attorney
under an enduring power of attorney, the decision of the guardian or enduring
guardian prevails.
