Who can sign for the donor?

124. Who can sign for the donor?

A person is eligible to sign an enduring power of attorney for the donor if
the person-

   (a)  is at least 18 years old; and

   (b)  is not a witness for the enduring power of attorney; and

   (c)  is not an attorney for the donor or a person nominated as an attorney
        in the enduring power of attorney.
