Attorney can be head of religious order

122. Attorney can be head of religious order



(1) A person who is a member of a religious order may appoint the person who
is the holder of the position of Victorian head of that order or the head of a
local chapter of that order in Victoria as the attorney under an enduring
power of attorney.

(2) If an attorney is appointed under an enduring power of attorney in
accordance with subsection (1), the person who is from time to time the holder
of the position of Victorian head of the religious order or head of the
relevant chapter of the order is deemed to be the attorney appointed under
that enduring power of attorney.
