When is the attorney's power exercisable?

117. When is the attorney's power exercisable?



(1) A donor may specify in an enduring power of attorney a time from which,
circumstance in which, or occasion on which, a power is exercisable.

(2) If the enduring power of attorney does not specify a time from which,
circumstance in which, or occasion on which, a power becomes exercisable, the
power becomes exercisable once the enduring power of attorney is made.
