Consent by adult donor to removal of regenerative tissue

7. Consent by adult donor to removal of regenerative tissue

A person, not being a child, may give his consent in writing to the removal
from his body of specified regenerative tissue (other than blood)-

   (a)  for the purpose of the transplantation of the tissue to the body of
        another living person; or

   (b)  for use for other therapeutic purposes or for medical or scientific
        purposes.
