Effect of consent under section 15(1)

16. Effect of consent under section 15(1)

Subject to section 17, a document that purports to be a consent given in
accordance with section 15(1) is, where a certificate has been given in
accordance with section 15(2) in relation to that consent, sufficient
authority for a registered medical practitioner, other than the registered
medical practitioner who gave the certificate, to remove the regenerative
tissue specified in the consent for the purpose specified in the consent.
