Effect of consent under section 7

10. Effect of consent under section 7

Subject to section 12, a document that purports to be a consent given in
accordance with section 7 is, where a certificate has been given in accordance
with section 9 in relation to that consent, sufficient authority for a
registered medical practitioner, other than the registered medical
practitioner who gave the certificate, to remove the regenerative tissue
specified in the consent for the purpose or the use, as the case may be,
specified in the consent.
