HEALTH SERVICES ACT 1988 - SECT 68

Any land acquired under this Act by the Minister—

        (a)     vests in the Crown under section 24 of the Land Acquisition and Compensation Act 1986 despite anything to the contrary in that section; and

        (b)     may be dealt with as unalienated land of the Crown.
