Substitution of party to agreement

65E. Substitution of party to agreement

Where, under section 65D, the rights and liabilities of an aggregated hospital
under an agreement vest in, or become liabilities of, the new hospital-

   (a)  the new hospital becomes, on the effective date of the Order, a party
        to the agreement in place of the aggregated hospital; and

   (b)  on and after the effective date of the Order, the agreement has effect
        as if the new hospital had always been a party to the agreement.
