Cancellation of registration of community health centre

57B. Cancellation of registration of community health centre



(1) A registered community health centre may apply in writing to the Secretary
for the cancellation of its registration.

(2) If an application is made under subsection (1), the Secretary must cancel
the registration of the registered community health centre.
