Refusal of registration

50. Refusal of registration



(1) If the Secretary is not satisfied that the registration criteria set out
in section 47 have been met, the Secretary may refuse to register the
applicant as a registered community health centre.

(2) The Secretary must give the applicant a written statement of the reasons
for the decision to refuse to register it as a registered community health
centre.

(3) A statement of reasons must be given to the applicant within 28 days after
the Secretary refuses to register the applicant as a registered community
health centre.
