Trustees' power to transfer certain property

44. Trustees' power to transfer certain property



(1) The trustees of any real or personal property held on trust for the
general purposes of a residential care service may enter into agreements to
enable the whole or any part of that real or personal property to vest in a
public hospital or denominational hospital.

(2) An agreement entered into under subsection (1) has no effect unless it has
been approved by the Governor in Council.
