Functions of delegate

40D. Functions of delegate

The functions of a delegate to the board of a public hospital are-

   (a)  to attend meetings of the board and observe its decision-making
        processes; and

   (b)  to provide advice or information to the board to assist it in
        understanding its obligations under this Act; and

   (c)  to advise the Minister and the Secretary on any matter relating to the
        public hospital or the board.
