Validity of acts or decisions

40. Validity of acts or decisions

An act or decision of a board of a public hospital is not invalid by reason
only of-

   (a)  a defect or irregularity in or in connection with the appointment or
        election of a member of the board; or

   (b)  a vacancy in the membership of the board.
