HEALTH SERVICES ACT 1988 - SECT 40

An act or decision of a board of a public hospital is not invalid by reason only of—

S. 40(a) amended by No. 52/2017 s. 17(a).

        (a)     a defect or irregularity in or in connection with the appointment or election of a director of the board; or

S. 40(b) amended by No. 52/2017 s. 17(b).

        (b)     a vacancy in the directorship of the board.
