Registration

22. Registration



(1) The Secretary-

   (a)  may register; or

   (b)  may refuse to register-

an agency that has applied for registration under section 20(3)(b).

(2) The Secretary may at any time cancel the registration of a registered
funded agency.



(3) The Secretary must keep a register of registered funded agencies and must
make the register available for inspection by the public during ordinary
business hours.
