Conditions of registration

21. Conditions of registration



(1) The Secretary must not register an agency under this Division unless the
Secretary has approved the constitution, objects, purposes and by-laws of the
agency.

(2) The Secretary may refuse to register an unincorporated agency if he or she
considers that, having regard to the services provided by the agency, the
agency should be incorporated or should be managed by an incorporated body.
