Transitional provision for chief executive officersA person holding office as the chief executive officer (by whatever name called) of an agency immediately before the commencement of this section that, upon the commencement of a provision of this Act is, or is deemed to be, a registered funded agency, is deemed to have been approved by the Secretary for the purposes of section 25.
