Revocation of guideline

17. Revocation of guideline



(1) The Governor in Council may revoke a guideline by notice published in the
Government Gazette.

(2) The revocation of a guideline has effect on and after the day specified in
the notice, being a day not less than 30 days after the day on which the
notice is published in the Government Gazette.
