159. Saving of Hospitals and Charities (Fees) Regulations 1986

Despite the repeal of the Hospitals and Charities Act 1958, the Hospitals and
Charities (Fees) Regulations 1986 continue in force (except insofar as they
are inconsistent with this Act) as if they had been made under this Act and
may be amended or repealed as if they had been so made.
