Delegation by Minister

143. Delegation by Minister

If the Minister is not the Minister referred to in section 8B of the
Health Act 1958, the Minister may, by instrument, delegate to any person or
class of persons employed in the Department or to any other officer or class
of officers in the public service any power or function of the Minister under
this or any other Act or under the regulations under this or any other Act,
other than this power of delegation.
