Agencies etc. incorporated under other Acts

142. Agencies etc. incorporated under other Acts

If a registered funded agency or health service establishment is incorporated
under any other Act or law, any provisions of this Act that are inconsistent
with any provisions of the other Act or law apply to the agency or
establishment despite the inconsistency in addition to, or in substitution
for, as the case requires, the provisions of the other Act or law.
