HEALTH SERVICES ACT 1988 - SECT 134K

HPV may, by instrument, delegate to a member or an employee of HPV any of its powers except—

        (a)     the power to make, amend or revoke purchasing policies under section 134 ;

        (b)     this power of delegation.
