Offences by organisations or bodies

93. Offences by organisations or bodies

If this Act provides that an organisation or body is guilty of an offence,
that reference to an organisation or body must, if the organisation or body is
unincorporated, be read as a reference to each member of the committee of
management of the organisation or body.
