Delegation

91. Delegation



(1) The Health Services Commissioner may, by instrument, delegate to a person
employed for the purposes of this Act, or a person belonging to a class of
those persons, any of his or her powers under this Act other than this power
of delegation.

(2) The Health Services Commissioner may, by instrument, delegate to any
person any of his or her powers under Division 3 of Part 6.
