Who are the parties to a proceeding?

75. Who are the parties to a proceeding?



(1) The complainant and the respondent are parties to a proceeding in respect
of a complaint referred to in section 74(1).

(2) The Health Services Commissioner is not a party to a proceeding in respect
of a complaint referred to in section 74(1)(a) unless joined by the Tribunal.
