Power to examine witnesses

69. Power to examine witnesses



(1) The Health Services Commissioner may administer an oath or affirmation to
a person required under section 67(2) to attend before the Health Services
Commissioner and may examine the person on oath or affirmation.

(2) The oath or affirmation to be taken or made by a person for the purposes
of this section is an oath or affirmation that the answers the person will
give will be true.
