Conciliation process

59. Conciliation process



(1) If the Health Services Commissioner decides under section 56(1) to
conciliate a complaint, he or she must make all reasonable endeavours to
conciliate the complaint.

(2) The Health Services Commissioner may require a party to attend a
conciliation either personally or by a representative who has authority to
settle the matter on behalf of the party.
