Disallowance by Governor in Council
24. Disallowance by Governor in Council
The Governor in Council may at any time, by notice published in the Government
Gazette, disallow a decision of the Health Services Commissioner to issue,
approve or vary guidelines or to revoke an issue or approval of guidelines.
