23. Revocation of issue or approval



The Health Services Commissioner may, by notice published in the Government
Gazette, revoke an issue or approval of guidelines under section 22 if he or
she is no longer satisfied of the matter that he or she had to be satisfied of
to issue or approve the guidelines.
