Health Privacy Principles

19. Health Privacy Principles



(1) The Health Privacy Principles are set out in Schedule 1.

(2) Nothing in any Health Privacy Principle affects the operation or extent of
any exemption arising under Division 3 of Part 2 and those Principles must be
construed accordingly.
