Personal, family or household affairs

13. Personal, family or household affairs

Nothing in this Act or in any HPP applies in respect of the collection,
holding, management, use, disclosure or transfer of health information by an
individual, or health information held by an individual, only for the purposes
of, or in connection with, his or her personal, family or household affairs.
