HERITAGE RIVERS ACT 1992 - SECT 22
Transitional provision(1) This Act is not to be taken to disturb the continuity, operation or effect of any instrument made granted or issued under any other Act before the commencement of this Act which authorises the carrying out of the grazing of domestic stock in a natural catchment area or heritage river area.

(2) Despite section 10(1), an impoundment that was in existence immediately before the commencement of section 6 of the Heritage Rivers (Further Protection) Act 2006 may be replaced or maintained.
