Evidentiary certificate

92. Evidentiary certificate

A certificate purporting to be signed by the President or any 2 members of the
responsible board to the effect that the person specified in the certificate
is or was prohibited under this Part from carrying on a business providing
regulated health services or, in the case of a pharmacist, from owning or
having a proprietary interest in a pharmacy business during a period specified
in the certificate is evidence, and, in the absence of evidence to the
contrary, is proof of the matters stated in it.
