Offence of carrying on business while prohibited

88. Offence of carrying on business while prohibited

A person must not in contravention of a prohibition under this Part knowingly
or recklessly carry on a business providing regulated health services or, in
the case of a pharmacist, own or have a proprietary interest in a pharmacy
business. Penalty: 240 penalty units in the case of a natural person and 1200
penalty units in the case of a body corporate.
