Use of titles in educational institutions

81. Use of titles in educational institutions

A person must not use a title in relation to any educational or training
institution which could be reasonably understood to induce a belief that the
institution is able to provide education or training leading to qualifications
recognised by a responsible board for registration under this Act unless the
institution is recognised by the responsible board for the purposes of this
Act. Penalty: 60 penalty units.
