Notification

79. Notification



(1) VCAT must notify the responsible board of any finding or determination of
VCAT under this Part.

(2) The responsible board must publish the finding or determination in the
same way the board is required to notify a determination under section 75.

(3) If a decision, finding or determination has been reviewed by VCAT, the
responsible board must notify any person who was notified of the original
decision, finding or determination of any change to that decision, finding or
determination by VCAT.
