Reasons for determinations of panel
73. Reasons for determinations of panel
(1) A panel must give reasons for a determination made by the panel under this
Part to the health practitioner or student who is the subject of the
determination within 28 days after the making of the determination.
(2) A person whose interests are affected by a determination of a panel may
apply to the panel for the reasons for that determination.
(3) An application under subsection (2) must be made within 45 days after the
making of the determination.
(4) The panel must give the reasons to the person referred to in subsection
(2) within 45 days after receiving the application unless the panel is of the
opinion that it is not in the public interest to do so.
