Effect of determinations

72. Effect of determinations



(1) A determination made by a panel on a hearing comes into operation on its
making or at any later time stated in the determination except a determination
made by a health panel relating to a student.

(2) A determination of the health panel with respect to a student takes effect
when notice of it is served on the education institution where the student is
enrolled and the person who is supervising the training of the student.

(3) A determination of a panel is to have effect as if it were a determination
of the responsible board.
