Report of performance assessment

56. Report of performance assessment



(1) The assessing health practitioner or health practitioners must give a
report of the assessment to the investigator and, not more than 7 days later,
to the health practitioner being investigated.

(2) The investigator must discuss the report with the health practitioner
being investigated and, in the case of an adverse finding in the report, the
possible ways of dealing with that finding, including whether the health
practitioner is prepared to alter the way in which he or she practises as a
health practitioner.
