Health assessments

51. Health assessments



(1) If a registered health practitioner or student agrees to undergo a health
assessment, the health practitioner or student must be assessed by a
registered health practitioner who is agreed upon by the responsible board and
the health practitioner or student.

(2) If the responsible board and the health practitioner or student are unable
to agree upon a registered health practitioner to conduct the assessment, the
Secretary must appoint a registered health practitioner to perform the
assessment.

(3) The responsible board must pay for the assessment.
