Powers of investigator

49. Powers of investigator

An investigator may-

   (a)  by written notice given to a person, require the person to do either
        or both of the following-

   (i)  to give stated information to the investigator within a stated
        reasonable time and in a stated reasonable way;

   (ii) to attend before the investigator at a stated reasonable time and
        place to answer questions or to produce a stated thing; and

   (b)  ask the health practitioner or student to undergo a health assessment
        or performance assessment within 28 days after receiving the notice;
        and

   (c)  conduct the investigation in the manner determined by the
        investigator.
