Cancellation by agreement

39. Cancellation by agreement



(1) A registered health practitioner or student may, on surrender of their
certificate of registration, ask the responsible board to cancel his or her
registration or endorsement of registration.

(2) A responsible board may at the request of a health practitioner or
student-

   (a)  cancel the registration or endorsement of registration of the health
        practitioner; or

   (b)  cancel the registration of the student.
