Requirement to notify changes of address

33. Requirement to notify changes of address



(1) A registered health practitioner must notify the responsible board of the
following changes of address within 14 days after that change-

   (a)  a change of postal address;

   (b)  a change of the address recorded on the register.

Penalty: 10 penalty units.

(2) A registered student who changes his or her postal address must notify the
responsible board of the change within 14 days after that change.

Penalty: 10 penalty units.
