Endorsement of registration-midwives

21. Endorsement of registration-midwives



(1) If the Nurses Board of Victoria is satisfied that a nurse registered under
Division 1 of the register maintained by the Board is qualified to practise
midwifery or take or use the title of midwife the Board may endorse the
registration of the nurse to that effect.





(2) An applicant for registration as a nurse in Division 1 of the register or
a nurse registered in Division 1 of the register may apply to the Board for an
endorsement under this section.
