49. Remaining funds to be paid into Consolidated Fund



(1) If the Minister is satisfied that all claims against the Domestic Building
(HIH) Indemnity Fund have been dealt with and that no further claim can be
made under this Part, the Minister may, by notice published in the Government
Gazette, close the Fund.

(2) On the publication of the notice under subsection (1), all money standing
to the credit of the Domestic Building (HIH) Indemnity Fund must be paid into
the Consolidated Fund.
