Payments to Consolidated Fund

47. Payments to Consolidated Fund





(1) If the Treasurer is satisfied that there is in the Domestic Building (HIH)
Indemnity Fund at any time an amount in excess of the amount required to meet
the anticipated payments from the Fund, the Treasurer after consultation with
VMIA may direct the payment of the whole or any part of that excess amount out
of the Fund into the Consolidated Fund.

(2) VMIA must comply with a direction under subsection (1).
